Departmant Introduction
The Department of Business Administration was established in 2007. The department started education for the first time in 2008-2009 academic year and gave its first graduates in 2012. The department has five main disciplines: Accounting and Finance, Management and Organisation, Production Management and Marketing, Quantitative Methods and Commercial Law. The department has 7 professors, 2 associate professors, 5 assistant professors and 1 research assistant working full time. The department offers master's and doctorate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting-Finance and master's degree in Management-Organisation through the Institute of Social Sciences. There is also a non-thesis master's programme in Business Administration (Second Education).
Our Aim
To prepare and train human resources equipped with the knowledge and skills of business administration, entrepreneurship and management in accordance with the requirements of the age for local, national and international levels of business life.
Our Goal
The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills of establishing, managing and developing a business for themselves and others; innovative, entrepreneurial, using the technologies of the age related to the profession and teamwork, mastering the basic business administration knowledge, using the planning, organisation, execution, coordination and control functions of management in the fields of production, marketing, finance, human resources and accounting.
